z is a two-dimensional matrix determined by the values of x and y. Because z is a two-dimensional matrix, both x and y must be two-dimensional matrices.
create a vector x, from -3 to +3 with 100 values.
create a vector y, from -3 to +3 with 100 values.

Use the meshgrid function to map x and y into two-dimensional matrices, and then use them to calculate z.
a)Use the mesh plotting function to create a 3-dimensional plot of z.
b)Use the surf plotting function to create a 3-dimensional plot of z. Compare the results you generate using a sigle input(z),or input for all 3 dimensions(x,y,z)
